Most guests fly by scheduled or charter light aircraft from Arusha or Kilimanjaro to Seronera airstrip, where our team meets you for the road transfer to camp. Light aircraft allow around 15 kg per person in a soft bag. A road journey from Arusha can also be arranged.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, East Africa Time. Please share your flight times so we can plan your transfers.
No. Your request is checked by our reservations team, who confirm availability and send a proposal within 24 hours. A 30% deposit confirms the reservation.
Yes. Children are welcomed and carefully attended to. Some activities have minimum ages for safety, and children’s rates are confirmed on enquiry — please share children’s ages when you get in touch.
